Cho Ichi Ramen was a passion project over 20 years in the making. Ramen lovers themselves, Cho and Tracy dreamt of opening a ramen shop, but knew they had to perfect their recipes and techniques first. Years of experience and the teachings of a Japanese ramen maker later, they fulfilled their dreams.
Chosabi serves up healthy, affordable dishes inspired by quick-service food stalls all over Asia that make balancing a busy lifestyle with a healthy one as easy as carrying a sushi burrito. When Chosabi first opened in 2015, Cho and Tracy handled all construction work — building on a do-it-yourself tradition that started with Wasabi.
